In the unlikely event that an individual lesson is cancelled (for example, because your tutor is unwell or your venue has suffered damage), the Adult Education Service will refund any fee you have paid for that lesson. On ten week courses, in the autumn and spring terms, this will normally be issued as a voucher so that you can claim the refund when you enrol on your course for the following term. This saves you the inconvenience of taking a cheque for a small amount to your bank. In all other circumstances (or if you prefer a cheque payment rather than a voucher), we will send you a cheque as soon as possible after the cancelled lesson.
